"We traveled to Gandia Beach to stay at Tres Anclas…. Whatever you do DO NOT Book there. The hotel should not even be listed. After talking to hotel staff at T A we were told we could go to a different hotel and be refunded. We have been given the run around since the moment we checked in, and immediately checked out and moved to this hotel you are reading the review on which was great. DO NOT stay at Tres Anclas."

"Fue un viaje de amigas tipo relax !, Amamos la atención del staff, en todo momento. Todos muy profesionales y muy amables, el Spa nos encantó también , desde la recepcionista hasta la masajista Victoria quien nos dió un masaje increíble. Las instalaciones limpias y cómodas, los desayunos deliciosos , Los de cocina y restaurante definitivamente muy agradables. Buena ubicación Volveré. Michelle :)"

"The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me. "

"We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures.
