"Hikmat est un hôte excellent, il a pris soin de nous, l’accueil est chaleureux, la visite du gîte était vraiment agréable, on avait un bon gâteau au chocolat à l’arrivée, des oeufs de ses poules . C’est vraiment sympa ! Il est très réactif, il nous a mis un brasero à disposition, et a fait son maximum pour qu’on soit comme à la maison. "No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"J'ai adoré cette chambre d'hôtes! La cadre est sublime avec la vue sur le grand jardin, la rivière au fond, la glycine en fleurs au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Excellent endroit pour l'observation des oiseaux. Chambre très grande et confortable, salle de bain très jolie, fonctionnelle et propre. Hôtes très sympathiques. À savoir que le parking n'est pas pour une voiture qui elle a été garée un peu plus loin au parking public. Centre-ville de Castres très proche à pied. Petit déjeuner excellent...

"We have nothing but positive things to say about this lovely little hotel. Best hotel experience in a while! Whilst staying in Carcassonne celebrating my husbands 60th, I decided we’d stay at La Reserve after visiting Albi for the day, as a surprise, with a table booked in the restaurant that evening. The hotel is five minutes outside Albi, a little gem once through those gates. The location on the banks of the River Tarn, the beautiful spacious rooms, with a little balcony overlooking the gardens and river. Choice of a separate bath or walk in shower. Beds were spacious and so comfortable, slept well. We went down to the pool for a couple hours, had a couple drinks, rested up and then had the most fabulous meal in the restaurant. This was finished with wine in the gazebo by the pool, an end to a great night. Every staff member we met were kind, friendly, professional, interested, interacted naturally, nothing felt forced. We were sorry to leave and wished we had booked a second night!"
