My family and I have known the Canarius hotel for some time, and we clearly noticed the need for immediate repair in several areas, including the playground. The services, food, and the farm remain the highlights of the hotel, especially if there are children in the family. On the other hand, the bathrooms, the air conditioning in the rooms, the outdoor playground, and the indoor play area urgently need maintenance. I believe that the management needs to take these details seriously because, for a countryside hotel of Canarius’ caliber to stay competitive, the details definitely make all the difference.

Quarto limpo, banho muito bom, estacionamento amplo, ar-condicionado perfeito e bom café da manhã. A equipe de funcionários é atenciosa e prestativa. Hotel com recreadores para crianças, o que não era o nosso caso. O hotel tem um parque aquático bonito com destaque para uma piscina térmica . Música ao vivo à noite. Ponto negativo para o restaurante com preços altos e um cardápio que deixa a desejar apenas com opções de pratos triviais. No almoço optamos por almoçar na cidade, onde há oferta de bons restaurantes; uma das noites, também optamos por sair do hotel e fomos a um restaurante com boas opções no cardápio e música ao vivo. A experiência das duas noites que fizemos um lanche no hotel não achamos ter sido uma boa opção: uma pizza que veio com massa quase crua na primeira e um sanduiche de filé com com pão ciabata que foi razoavelmente bom.

Nossa experiência neste hotel ficou muito abaixo da expectativa, principalmente considerando o valor da diária. Ao chegarmos ao quarto, fomos tomar banho e a água estava extremamente fraca e gelada. Após um dia cansativo, tivemos que tomar banho frio e ligar para a recepção solicitando troca de quarto. Fomos informados de que o hotel estava lotado e enviaram um funcionário, que demorou para chegar. Ao verificar, ele explicou que o boiler era pequeno para atender a quantidade de apartamentos e que precisaríamos aguardar cerca de 10 minutos para a água esquentar, o que demonstra uma falha de infraestrutura. Na hora de dormir, as cobertas estavam com forte odor de suor, impossíveis de usar. Solicitamos outras e esperamos aproximadamente 30 minutos. Quando chegaram, estavam com forte cheiro de fumaça, todas rasgadas e em péssimo estado. Além disso, as cortinas e paredes estavam muito sujas, o frigobar estava vazio, não havia lixeira no quarto, nem placa de "não perturbe"/"arrumar o quarto" ou qualquer informação sobre a senha do Wi-Fi. A acústica também é péssima, sendo possível ouvir telefones tocando em outros quartos (inclusive ouvimos alguém vomitando). Outro ponto foi que a água da piscina que era para ser aquecida estava extremamente gelada, sem acionamento da hidro ligada. A soma de problemas de infraestrutura, higiene, atendimento e falta de itens básicos comprometeu completamente nossa hospedagem. Esperávamos um padrão de qualidade muito superior pelo valor pago.

Olha, falou pela limpeza tanto dos quartos como do banheiro. Tinha uma lagartinha chamada piolho de cobra no banheiro morta no banheiro o que significa que a limpeza não foi boa. Pedimos que limpasse o banheiro e continuou lá... toalhas de banho finas demais. Pouco enxugava. Os pratos a lá carte começaram bem servidos depois foram diminuindo... isso chateou

O hotel é muito bom, mas a cama precisa melhorar pois é muito dura. Além disso a iluminação no banheiro é fraca e deixa o ambiente escuro. O café da manhã, jantar e almoço são muito bons uma variedade muito boa. Muitas mesas para sentar para fazer as refeições. A equipe é muito boa bem prestativa. Muitos espaços para crianças uma ótima escolha para descansar. A academia precisa melhorar as instalações. Para quem escolheu o hotel para descansar é ótimo.

tudo foi excelente , exceto pelo fato que o hotel é pet friendly e deixa os moradores do condomínio, que podem utilizar as dependências do hotel ,soltar fogos com barulhos que além de incomodar os pets que levamos ,nos incomodou muito pois eram muitas bombas , afora que o hotel estava cheio de bebês e idosos . Eu não fui relaxar no fim de semana com minha família para ouvir bombas com ruído altissimo ao meu laddo . falamos na recepção mas nada foi feito , apenas "vamos falar com o supervisor" e enhum feedback nos foi dado . e não era dia de São João ainda . Para mim foi uma grande falta de respeito

Comprei três diárias com meia pensão para o feriado de São João. O hotel entregou tudo que prometeu aos hóspedes durante o período junino ( boa organização e limpeza, excelente café da manhã e jantar, equipe de recreação o dia todo, linda festa temática na noite de São João). A equipe de funcionários bem preparados para receber os hóspedes. PONTO NEGATIVO: a TV, o ar condicionado e o chuveiro dos quartos são equipamentos antigos e precisam URGENTE serem substituídos por algo mais moderno. Na primeira noite nós precisamos mudar de quarto porque o ar condicionado e o chuveiro elétrico não estavam funcionando.

O Hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos! Porém, precisam ter mais atenção em pequenas coisas, como por exemplo: fazer manutenção nas portas dos benheiros, nas fechaduras das portas, colocarem lençois de cobrir em todos os apartamentos e fazer arrumação todos os dias em todos os apartamentos.
