You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning deposit: EUR 80 per stay

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 75.00 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 5 per person, per stay
• Seasonally adjusted heating fee: EUR 10 per accommodation, per night
• A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be collected before check-in.
