"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Fährhafen war gut. Das Frühsrück war liebevoll und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer allerdings nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben, viel kleiner. Das Möbiliar wurde schon lang nicht mehr gewartet: kaputter Duschschlauch und ein Badezimmerschrank der an einer Seite stark locker war und herunter hing. Im anderen Zimmer war ein Riss in der Bettdecke- was allerdings schnell behoben wurde."

"Hotel erscheint auf den ersten Blick wegen der Sterilität wie ein Altersheim/Krankenhaus. Aber es ist alles tipptopp sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Frühstück im zweiten Stock im Restaurant/Bar. (Fahrstuhl!) War nicht überragend aber okay. Man kann dort auch abends à la carte essen. Haben wir nicht gemacht aber die Gerichte sahen sehr lecker aus.
