"Ruim, mooi en proper appartement. Goed bed en goeie douche. Ook voor een iets langer verblijf lijkt me dit een fijne plek: ruim en wasmachine & vaatwas aanwezig. Dicht bij metro. Mindere puntjes: als je gevoelig bent voor straatgeluid zoals ik, breng je beste oordoppen mee. Ligt aan drukke baan. Uit de badkamer komt soms een onaangename riool geur: venster open en deur dichthouden is de oplossing. En mensen met claustrofobie moeten veel trappen lopen: is op achtste verdiep, kleine lift. "Location and size of the apartment were great, and it was nice to have a fill size refrigerator. However, maintenance wasn't great: the closet door was broken when I arrived (it was repaired during my stay), a chair had a broken leg, and the remotes for the air conditioners were intermittent (low battery?) Also the floor was quite dirty - I wasn't comfortable walking around without shoes. "

"Da wir 2 Tage auf der Messe waren lag das Appartement super. Es gab direkt gegenüber ein kleines Café für den morgendlichen Cappuccino und zwei sehr gute Restaurants zum Abendessen so dass wir kein Taxi nehmen mussten. Guido und Dayana sind sehr freundlich und standen uns jederzeit helfend zur Seite "

"Our stay at Bolivar M4 was fantastic! The apartment is cozy, modern, and equipped with everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore Milan. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!"

"The property is well keep up, but it's far from the places we wanted to visit. Fortunately, we had a car to drive around. The staff are great and overall it's a good place to stay."

"Facility is pretty new and clean. The room is on the ground floor. Wifi works very well. The hotel provides soaps and a sponge for dish cleaning, kitchen papers. The washing machine grew mould, I had to clean it up before I use. (to be honest, this problem doesn't occur only here, but also a lot of appartment type hotels.) I recommend the owner to wash washing machines and to through away the dusts in vacuum cleaner periodically."

Ho dato il documento ben 2 volte in quanto ha sbagliato più volte ad inserire i miei dati. Non ho ritenuto necessario salire visto che nn avevo con me i bagagli e era mio interesse seguire l iter richiesto dalla normativa x il ritiro chiavi. quando mi sono recata la sera è stato evidente la puzza di muffa ancora più persistente...

"We were so pleased with your hotel! After a long ride from Milan, it was great to see your beautiful facility. This is definitely not your typical airport hotel. The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside after a long day. The young woman who was in charge of the front desk was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I later mentioned to my son that I wish all people who deal in guest relations could be like her. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only negative on that is the shower is very slippery and I had to stand on a towel while showering to make sure I didn't wipe out. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
