"this review is for Piazzale 9- the original unit had water damage and we were switched to this other location. Anna was very helpful in doing this and keeping the original price. The unit was very nice and in a great location not too far from the train station. "Facility is pretty new and clean. The room is on the ground floor. Wifi works very well. The hotel provides soaps and a sponge for dish cleaning, kitchen papers. The washing machine grew mould, I had to clean it up before I use. (to be honest, this problem doesn't occur only here, but also a lot of appartment type hotels.) I recommend the owner to wash washing machines and to through away the dusts in vacuum cleaner periodically."
