The property has a great location by the lake and near a hiking trail. There are several restaurants and shops at walking distance and more within a short drive. The only thing that needed improvement might be the breakfast buffet layout. The space was quite narrow and many of the guests were bumping on one another.

We had a lovely visit and the location is beautiful. There were a few issues with the room such as the door kept jamming and we had trouble closing it, the ceiling lights were full of dead bugs, there was no body wash in the shower and there was a thick layer of dust on the kleenex box. For the price we paid, it was a little disappointing and I did expect more attention to detail but the staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is stunning and the room overall was comfortable.

This a great Marriott property well located adjacent to the water, new shopping area and boat tours. The breakfast was great. The staff helped us deal with an issue even though it wasn’t the hotels fault…great customer service!

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn Gravenhurst Muskoka Wharf. Everything was excellent — the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was beautiful and convenient. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and lovely surroundings. A great base for enjoying Muskoka, and we would happily stay here again.

Really nice and spacious room! Breakfast was great. Can’t beat the location, it’s close to everything and right on the water. Only thing to note is they do not have cribs as we were expecting for our baby, they only have a pack n play so be prepared

It was a beautiful room, great layout and lovely view. What was so special was the fact I had mentioned we were there for my sister in laws 80th birthday and the second night they left a birthday card and desserts! Very nice touch.
