The staff and the food were excellent and without fault.
The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep.
lovely room, lovely staff, comfy bed and if we come back to watch brands next year will book again

Staff lovely, food and service reasonable, and the fridge and microwave is a great bonus, as are the takeout hot sandwiches at Breakfast, but the room could be a lot cleaner, it's not nice finding lots of dust when looking behind bedside cupboards for sockets to plug chargers into, plus the carpet was filthy
All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful - a very welcoming experience. The hotel is gradually being upgraded so it's evident that care is going into its upkeep.
Loved this place. All of the staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay there again! The only thing I wish they had was air conditioning and maybe a little more affordable breakfast.
Stopover for business and it fitted the bill perfectly.
Rooms are big and comfortable and the lounge area is relaxing and informal.
Staff very attentive and friendly.
Stayed two nights on a trip too visit relatives. Immediately made welcome by receptionist Shell, who also cooked our breakfasts fresh each morning. Room clean and spacious although phone reception poor (we were at the back of the hotel, although WiFi fine). Big brand appearance but family guest house friendliness.
The staff made my stay! They went the extra mile to meet my dietary needs and were friendly, helpful and kindly towards me when booking in and at meal times.
The room was a good size and the super king was great because I am tall. The bath was a good size and the shower had suitable pressure but was not the best shower but certainly up to the job. Car parking was easy.
Some of the fixtures & fittings looked a bit old.The extractor fan in the room was particularly noisy.
All areas were clean and bright.
Basically a solid offering.
I was at a Brands Hatch for a race meeting for the weekend. I usually travel there and back each day as only an hour away, but due to the M25 closure at J9-J10 I didn't fancy the 2 hours each way after long days, so I decided to stay nearby. This hotel was reasonable price for late notice and 15mins from the circuit, just off the A2, south Gravesend.
I checked in late, about 7:45pm. A very friendly welcome by a smiling and helpful receptionist.
Room was on ground floor. A dated room but was all ok. Small shower room but, again, all ok.
I didn't eat at the hotel, nor breakfast as I had to check out early and I ate at the track, so can't comment on food. I did see a few people enjoying a drink at the lobby bar area when I checked in. There is a kettle and tea & coffee provided in the room although i didn't use that either.
Gravesend is 5-10mins drive, should you want to eat elsewhere. But there is a bistro burger place 100m away. I didn't try that either, though (!).
Usual question - would I stay there again? It's a Yes, for sure.
Excellent hotel good friendly service nothing to much trouble a little dated but very clean no a/c for the price would have expected concerned I could have booked cheaper direct not a good advert for hotel.com
