"The house was really great - plenty of room and a nice and serene. Older house with squeaky and uneven floors but the decor and some modern makeovers made it have great character! Communicating with property manager was very easy and we got prompt responses. The only thing worth mentioning that needs attention is the little bridge to go over to get to the driveway. Luckily we have a higher car but anyone with a regular sedan would have bottomed out and/or possibly got stuck. I’m sure it was...

"We arrived when electric crews were restoring service to everyone, and when the generators stopped, the sounds of loons and ducks took over. The property is adorable, you are literally 2 steps from the water. We couldn't stop watching the ducks, different birds, a heron parade down the cove. It was also the perfect location to watch the solar eclipse, privately, quietly. The beds were so comfortable, the wood stove took the chill out of the main room, the quiet was just right. "We booked this location, because we wanted to go to the Fryburg Fair and North Conway Outlets. It was just 20 minutes from Fryburg and 40 minutes from North Conway. In the evenings we sat out on the patio and checked out the foliage at the Pond. There was an extra friendly neighborhood dog that stopped by for a quick visit."
