"Our family just had a wonderful stay at this property! We were taken aback at how close Humphrey's Peak was and that just by driving 30 minutes outside of Flagstaff things were so rural and tranquil! The house was very clean and provided pretty much all you could need! I did not realize that the house did not have air conditioning, but it worked out just fine with our family being gone most of the day on hikes and site seeing, and being back at night when the breeze was cool! My niece and nephew slept in the loft and it was definitely the most hot up there! There's also no other access to the loft except from the ladder, so I definitely wouldn't plan on anyone elderly or not in good health sleeping in the two twin beds. Even though the cabin is off the grid, things went well, and we always had power! I would highly recommend for families who want to get away from the business of the city, but who also want easy access to restaurants, groceries, and shopping! We were also just and hour away from the Grand Canyon!"
