"5/5 Stars, will definitely be returning here. Only oddity was the room was listed as “ocean view” but turned out it’s blocked by a hedge so no view from the room but it was a rainy day so minor detail. "

"Even before arrival, Micheal was in conact with us. We stayed in condo 10. The condo was well equipped facing the ocean, no view but a short walk down the trail. (Pay attention for king tides, turns the trail into a bit of a marsh so wear hip boots). The property is well groomed and maintained. Even in December the grass was mowed and looked healthy. Definitely a money saver to have the kitchen. We were able to cook our own meals and saved well in restaurant spending. The property is pet friendly. There were dog bowls, towels, and even blankets for the fur babies. All in all, i give the Breakwater 10 out of 10 and will make this a regular weekend get away. "

"Great coastal property with beautiful beach views. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and even made our attempt at clamming, lucked out with 6 clams. The property is great for pups with the front yard being fully fenced in. The home itself was cute, clean and had a ton of equipment for us to use. Kristen made the check in and check out process very easy. Thank you for opening your home to us! "
