The property is in desperate need of updates and a thorough deep cleaning. The room was completely unlivable—the sheets, floors, bathroom, and nearly every surface were filthy. The bedding appeared dirty, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. Had we not arrived to check in at 2:00am, we would have turned around and found somewhere else to stay. We were so disappointed with the condition of the property that we chose not to stay for our second night and drove home instead.

I was supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, ended up with a room with two double beds. I feel the property charges way to much, especially when you get no or lack of service and not what you reserved.

First, we were given a room that was dirty with messed up beds, piled up garbage and a pile of dirty towels. When we went to the front desk to let them know, there was a fire and the fire department came. We left and went to another hotel for the night and the employee there said there was a fire at that hotel a month ago as well. Do not recommend!!!!! We felt bad for the woman at the desk though..

This was a great hotel givin the price point however it caught fire so we were stuck out side until after midnight so there was that. Other wise excellent. Would have been nice to offer a partial refund for those who stayed

They are doing a lot of renovating so if you can pardon some areas under construction it’s a great place to stay and it’ll look so nice when it’s completed. Very spacious pool and dining area!

First room, the key card would not work because lock had not been updated. So they gave us a new key card. The lights in this room between beds and clock did not work and there was no refrigerator. Went to receptionist and she upgraded wife to another room. Opened that door and when I went in there was a bag of trash by the door with dirty diapers in it and smelled so bad. I took bag to receptionist to deal with. I am assuming the cleaning person left it there. Don't know how long it had been sitting there, but it smelled terrible. Went to dinner and came back and got situated in the room and went to bed early. We were woken up out of a dead sleep to the fire alarms going off, so we had to leave our two rooms and go outside. After about 20 minutes we went back to our rooms. The next morning receptionist told us there was an outlet on roof that had sparked and created a lot of smoke. I don't think there ever was a fire though. The stairwells between 1st and 2nd floors were filthy. There was no A/C in reception area and they had the doors open and fans blowing. Thank goodness our rooms had A/C. Also was disappointed that in our 2nd room there was a Roku TV. First time ever spending the night at a hotel with a Roku TV. You don't get current movies, etc., unless you have a live stream subscription. The sign outside of hotel said "under new ownership." The new owner(s) need to pay close attention to what is going on in their hotel.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We encountered bedbugs, which completely ruined our experience. The bar manager was very rude and asked us to leave the bar because we opened a bag of chips that we had brought from outside. We understand that outside food may not be allowed, but the situation could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully. The common areas, including the bar, were uncomfortably hot. The pool was also excessively warm—to the point that it made me feel dizzy instead of relaxed. Considering the high price we paid, the value was terrible. The breakfast was one of the worst I've had at a hotel, with very limited quality and selection. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. If I could, I would give it 0/10.

The staff is very friendly and cleaning ladies do a great job! The carpet is worn, air conditioning did not work, bathroom door did not lock, etc. In cl the lobby two of the bathroom stalls were closed and only one was available. Breakfast is the same every day. Fake eggs and sausage. LImited items. Restaurant closed early.

They seem to have invested in the pool and dining/conference area. Rooms were run down. One working light bulb in a 3 bulb fixture. Tears in the carpet. The rear secured door with a card reader was missing the locking mechanism. Staff seemed poorly trained. Carpet throughout the halls was in desperate need of replacement. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs and sausages as hot foods. It didn't seem as if any employees were in the area. Bathroom had a exhaust vent/fan but, no way to turn it on.

Decent breakfast — terrible room & stay overall. First room: card wouldn’t work to let us into room … walked past other rooms with doors opened (late @ night - which we thought was odd…) — make the trip down to front desk to tell them cards didnt work for it — & Second room (even better): one of the open doors for rooms walked past trying first room/key … NO A/C that worked … room was terribly cleaned & looked still dirty from previous yet w/ door being left open … BUT get this cards didn’t work on second room or door either (AND no AC or fan just one that was at front desk & was asked for after making 3rd Walk to front desk with issues … place should shut down until further updates can be made before old use gets the Win

Hotel was in generally poor condition like entrance doors, stairwells which needed to be serviced, cleaned. They need carpet, paint etc. That being said, the room was fairly nice and the showers are awesome!, Bed was comfy. The cleaning staff never touched our room in the 5 days that we were there so no clean towels, full garbage cans and overflowing….Make your own bed etc. They have new owners and hopefully that will help. The pool was clean and usable and breakfast was sparse but adequate.
