"I thought the property did a well job. The property doesn't have a front desk. When you need anything I would send an email, and was able to get what ever I needed. My one issue would be the pillows. If you like soft pillows then you will be fine. "

"The location is convenient and I loved how straightforward it was to get in. Just using door codes etc. But that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And the whole place felt very dirty and uncared for. I think they greatly improve the property by make some small improvements to the furniture, bed & overall vibe."

It had everything me and my family needed for a week stay such as a washing machine, vacuum and entire kitchen with plates, pots and pans, and utensils. "Paid for 11 nights, no confirmation email, no answer to emails, no answer to any phone calls, replied to a text saying they didn’t have knowledge of the booking, is spent hours alongside hotels.com to get my money back and or actually use the property that I paid for to no avail. Wouldn’t offer a refund or access. Lost £1500 to these people. Shocking… please read this and other reviews and do not use. "
