"Was hoping pool would be larger and in a unfilled room. Instead its in the basement, small, and was experiencing renovation construction on one of the long walls. They can say they have a pool but its sub standard for such a grand hotel!"

"The lobby is very nice and the staff very nice and helpful. We sat down for a late lunch and the service was not good had to get up twice to ask for help. The room was clean and cleaning staff was helpful. The room is very small, has a tiny closet and no drawers to place any items so for us who stayed for nine days, we were jumping over our luggage, which was inconvenient. The bathroom does not have an electric plug so you have to dry your hair in the bedroom, there is only one towel holder, the tub is very high so for older people could be dangerous to get in and out of and there is very little space to put your toiletries."

"The hotel itself was good. Only thing I have to say is bed too soft for my back , neck and shoulder injury. Little walk to the tram. Far from central Amsterdam. No food at hotel after 10am. "
