"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"This property is just as advertised. Host Jimmy was very nice and responded immediately to any questions, provided very accurate and simple check-in instructions. Location was walkable or a quick taxi / Uber to the Tower and other Thames Bridges, as well as the Tower of London and other attractions. Didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to the weather but it looked nice. Enjoyable stay."

"Full amenities and easy access to central London were a welcome start to our two week holiday. Kitchen was well stocked and the addition of a clothes dryer was a unique bonus compared to the majority of other properties. "My family of four (two teens) stayed for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Nice living room area to unwind after a day out. Comfortable sleeping spaces (two of which are lower level with one having a bit of a damp smell) with nice clean linens. Host was quick with responses and great at communication in general. We came from out of the country and had several suitcases. We said ok and went to this temporary property. The stairwell of the temp place smelled dtrongly of urine. "Wow! This property was wonderful. Filled with history and art. The garden was so peaceful and absolutely stunning- I couldn’t believe we were in London. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Fresh coffee, and well stocked kitchen was helpful as well. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again...

"Needed a place close to central London for a couple of nights. House was on a quiet street, close to Waterloo and Southwark tube stations. Check in process was great, Chris and Shannon were there to explain everything for us and give us tips on the local area. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Wish we’d have had more time for exploring, maybe next time. Borough Market was only about a 25 minute walk."

"We stayed 5 nights at the house. Overall we had a nice stay and the space/rooms were great for our family. I was a little disappointed at the dirtiness of the front yard when you came through the gate, and the couch was definitely not something I wanted to sit on. We attempted to do laundry but couldn’t ever get the drying feature to work even with finding a manual online and attempting to get guidance from home owner. It would be helpful to have written directions somewhere for future guests....
