"Place needs some serious maintenance. Door safety latch locked me out of my room, toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, low water pressure in the shower, old TV with no option for apps. "

"Nothing like the pictures. The room was old and very basic. Only two thin pillows, two towels and washcloths and a bar of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. It was clean. But very very bare bones. "

She was professional, efficient, and very attentive during check-in, and she also kindly retrieved my bags that I had stored earlier in the day. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and smooth handling of everything. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable…exactly what I needed after a long day playing in a pickleball tournament. Overall, a great experience from start to finish."
