- Location is good - The hotel is cleaner - The staff is helpful - The room key stopped working before the check-out time. I needed to call the support number a couple of times to get them to help me reopen the room to get my stuff from it. Once I got them on the phone, they were helpful.

Very clean, modern and thoughtful. We would have given a full 5stars for everything, but we booked late an apartment for 4 people and the apartment was missing sheets/linen for the sofabed. Since there was no staff onsite, we could not get any help on this issue

Dit hotel heeft geen receptie, dat was bij het boeken niet heel duidelijk aangegeven, dus inchecken via een automaat. De benodigde pincode hadden wij niet. Deze zou in een mail staan die via Blackhome gestuurd zou zijn. Deze mail hebben wij niet ontvangen. Het was inmiddels 8 uur in de avond en de locatie was telefonisch niet bereikbaar en jullie kantoor ook niet. Uiteindelijk hebben we via een noodnummer toch iemand te spreken gekregen en die kon ons de pincode geven. Verder was niet duidelijk aangegeven dat er voor het ontbijt van te voren gereserveerd moest worden. Gevolg er was geen plaats voor ons het hele weekend. Verder een hele mooie nette kamer.
