The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had a bit of a mix up with the booking but it was resolved without issues. The only thing was that the a/c seemed to be malfunctioning so the rooms were stifling, very hot. Opening the window seemed to help a bit.

The men and women that worked at the front desk were helpful. They helped me navigate figuring out how to catch the local bus shuttle service out to the Red Bull ring. The facility was clean. Everything was on time and the breakfast was good value as well.

I would recommend this hotel. It was used for our F1 stay but would be a good hotel being close to the main Graz train station and there is a bustling entertainment in the surrounding areas. The area was quiet, people very friendly and many interesting characteristics. The morning breakfast was very good and we only ate there. Housekeeping and the bar tenders by the lobby bar were excellent. By name Jonathan and the night auditor Leo were very helpful and accommodating.

The accommodation was fine, as was the service. However, we had asked specidically for a room for a disabled person, that could be accessed easily. We were given an ordinary room, which could be accessed only by a small stairs on the second floor. This was less service than we had expected.
