Only thing missing is a mini fridge/freezer

Well decorated hotel with lovely people on reception and bar. Spacious room with king bed but like most European hotels in this area - firm bed, non fluffy towels and eco-tough toilet paper. Recommend they sell one of the paintings in the room and buy a mini fridge as it is good to be able to have cold water and store your seasonal fruit in for your travels. No kettle - luckily I had brought my own as well as tea bags as Europe often doesn’t supply. Therefore requested some ice from the bar for keeping my milk cool. Did receive a top sheet rather than use the thick doonas (though I brought my own muslin sheet in readiness and used my cashmere throw rather than the thick doonas as it was summer). Good air con to cool the room down in summer. Lovely view to the clock tower on the hill. 15 min walk to old town and the ‘exotic’ centre across the road didn’t seem to have any activity nor the traffic we didn’t hear as there is double glazing curtains and block out shutters for the arctic windows so slept well.

Very nice hotel close to the main train station and walking distance to the old town. The room was very generous for one person and very modern. The staff was super friendly. Overall, I had a very nice stay!

horrible place - RED LIGHT DISTRICT and dirty room

Horror. Right in the middle of the local red light district. One advert, flashing 30cm high lights at 10 metres from entrance: Neue Maedchen (new girls!!!!), another is City … Horrible spot to go as woman. Dirt under the bed, even an electric connection box lying there - so no cleaning done of the room. Personnel have far more important things to do than help you. Hotel is FAR from city centre, no restaurants etc. there. Certainly NOT returning.

Angenehme Zimmer, zentrale Lage, tolles Frühstück

Sehr angenehme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Graz: Angenehmes Zimmer ohne Überraschungen in toller Lage (fußläufig zum Zentrum) und gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Letzteres hält keine warmen Speisen parat, aber man kann sich eine Eierspeise sowie zwei Kaffeespezialitäten bestellen. Die Kaffees werden frisch aus einer Siebträgermaschine zubereitet. Fehlplanung im Zimmer: Der Auslass der Klimaanlage befindet sich direkt über dem Bett. Ein Parkhaus liegt direkt gegenüber, aber der Zugang ist nur über eine Karte möglich, die man sich an der Rezeption ausleihen muss. Die Abrechnung erfolgt im Hotel. Es gab noch zwei Freikarten für das Kunsthaus, einen kostenpflichtigen Besuch sollte man sich allerdings 2x überlegen.

Tolles Hotel um Graz zu besuchen. Stadt in Laufnähe und über Lendplatz auch ganz nett zu laufen. Parken im Parkhaus ist entspannt möglich. Hotel und Zimmer sehr stylisch und sauber. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
