Luxurious, central and quiet accommodation with a private terrace and one free private parking space with 11kW charging for EVs.

Graz's old town, supermarket, bars and restaurants, pharmacy... can be reached very quickly on foot.
Newly renovated, fully equipped, double bed and sofa bed, WiFi, 65" Smart TV with satellite, dining area in the apartment and on the terrace.
The apartment is located between 3 quiet courtyards, right next to the huge city park in a historic K&K photo studio.
Fully equipped apartment for 4 people, with stove, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge and freezer, iron, baby cot, crockery, cutlery, bedding, towels, shampoo, first aid kit etc.
You can also find our Top at Park Graz on Google Maps to see the location and the surrounding area for yourself.
Within 200m there is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, hairdresser, bus stop, pediatrician, city park...
Graz's old town / pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the bus and tram stop is 88m away (lines 1, 7, 31 & 39).
The opera, Kaiser Josef Platz (daily lokal farmer's market), Advent in Graz and the universities can easily be reached afoot in a few minutes.
If you are traveling with children, we can lend you games, toys, a handcart and some "children's accessories" if necessary. Please let us know.
Thanks to your personal parking space right next to the apartment in the courtyard, you have short distances (luggage, shopping) and no problems with the short-term parking (max 3 hours) zone, no parking fees and no parking tickets.
The city of Graz’s overnight tax of €2.50 per person per night is included in the booking price (shown as taxes).
Check-in can be done in person (we are happy to help you arrive) or using a key box. Depending on the agreement (depending on the further occupancy of the apartment), check-in and check-out are also possible outside the specified times. Please contact us in good time, if possible we will be happy to fulfill your wishes.
The modernly furnished old building apartment impresses with its very quiet and absolutely central location right next to the Graz city park. The first parts of the previously stand-alone building were built around 1780; the apartment is located in a former, around 160-year-old K&K photo studio, which was set up around 1866.
The kitchen is separated from the spacious living, dining and work area, the toilet and bathroom are also separated from each other (see plan). The interior spaces are 52m² in total, the terrace is 22m².
Perfect for a city trip, short vacation, advent in Graz, trade fairs, congresses, graduation parties, concerts, opera visits, or as a central starting point for exploring Styria.
Long-term stays are also possible (BFI/WIFI trainings, etc.), please contact us before booking for discounts.
We have invested a lot of time and effort in designing the accommodation and hope that you will feel comfortable with us. In order to ensure that the guests after you have a pleasant stay, we ask that you treat the apartment and the furnishings with care.

No more people than booked or agreed. The surcharge per non-registered person is 60 Eur per night.
If the keys are lost, the procurement costs (without installation) for new locks + keys must be reimbursed if these costs are not covered by insurance.
The apartment and the access are not completely child-safe (gas stove, platform in the bedroom, stairs). Children are welcome but must be supervised.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment; there is an ashtray on the terrace.
Pets are not permitted in the building, unfortunately no exceptions are possible.
