"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. "The location is a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Doussard 'beach' and within easy driving distance of Annecy itself. The lakeside cycle path runs 100m from it. There are great views of the lake and mountains, and a constant spectacle of paragliders taking off from the mountain opposite. The house has lots of space and is well-furnished and comfortable.
