"We came in for a college graduation. Stayed here before and had a great experience. Check in was very slow due to computer issues (what they told us) or training of a new person on the desk how it seemed. Once we checked into the room we loved the room, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and updated bathroom. The breakfast was packed and the staff was struggling to keep up. Everything was running low. Management likely didn't prepare well for the high number of folks visiting for graduation. I...

"Most comfortable stay, both in terms of cleanliness as well as top quality bedding. I have stayed at 5* hotels, but I could not say they top this hotel’s freshness of the bed linens. I slept like in my own bed. Would imagine that this quality is what any hotel which respects its clientele and prides itself in the business, should attempt to achieve.
