"Inside the property was good. Everything was clean, comfortable, and overall we had a nice stay. The biggest downside was the area immediately surrounding the property, including the parking garage. It felt pretty rough and unpleasant, with quite a few people hanging around at all hours, which made the area feel a little uncomfortable. The property itself was perfectly fine, but the surroundings definitely took away from the overall experience."

"Property is great but in need of minor maintenance both in rooms and common areas. Elevator switch on 15th floor, one worked and one wouldn’t even light up. Someone needs to walk the property and make notes because customers would not go through the trouble of telling employees. Door panels at the bathrooms in room 1520 were cracked and delaminated."
