"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Excellent base for a visit to Oxford, with the city centre a pleasant half-hour walk across parks to get there. A quiet residential street with some local shops and public transport nearby. Flat was spotless and well furnished with parking out the back. Plenty of space in the kitchen/lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. Host answered any questions quickly and helpfully and no issues with access on arrival. The balcony was an added bonus for coffee in the morning or sitting out in the evening."
