"Booked a junior presidential suite and was told I'd be on the 16th floor with a partial window view. Clerk said he'd upgrade me to a higher floor with floor to ceiling view for extra fee. I was very tired and agreed. Turns out there are no jr. pres. suites on 16 and they are all on floor 30 or higher with full view. Very deceptive practice. Room we had on 31 was great but turns out it was what I should have been in all along."
