"You get spoiled by the level of service at the Royal York and it makes everywhere else seem rather lacking, Easy access to the Path (underground path system), transit and close to everything in the downtown core. The staff is just exceptional."
Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites

"Great place to stay just outside of the Toronto core with an easy 2 minute walk to the subway (5 Eglinton Line), roughly 1 hour transit to downtown. Car parking was decent rate too if you are driving. Two pools, one indoor and one outdoor (though you needed a wrist-band to enter, which I did not like). The hotel itself had really good food and snack options at reasonable prices, but there was not much in walking distance outside the hotel. Staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean. Bed and pillows were great. There was a nice patio, but unfortunately, no patio furniture, so not as useful as it could be. Lots of parking, but it was over a few levels, so could be difficult to remember how to get to your car. I would certainly stay there again, and hope to do so again very soon."
