"This was a last minute add on to a business event in the city. The reviews made us think it would be nicer than any best western but no. The property is in poor outdated condition and while the room looked better than expected, I have never woken up so sore. The pillows offered zero support and the pain kept me up all night. Though I will say the room was clean. If you just need a bed, do it. The staff was fabulous!"
