"Didn't like the smell in the room. The body wash dispenser was falling off the wall. But staff were wery friendly and helpful. I'd come back but I'll choose a different room (falls view)."

"The rooms were clean a bit dated but comfortable for my family. Leo (valet) was absolutely the best help while traveling with a toddler. Sadly, we experienced cold water but overall pleasant hotel with great view."

"A beautiful room clean with the most amazing view of the falls. Conveniently located .my only criticism is I would have liked a better concierge who explained the amenities or suggestions for restaurants in the area. Also there wasn’t any WiFi in the room very difficult to search the area or get information or text. The people who greated us at the parking garage & elevator were great & helpful."
