"Great location with a nice pool, sauna and steam room. Room was updated but on the smaller side with no dresser or fridge. Might be an issue if staying for a longer period of time. Only decaf nespresso pods and no robes in room. Water was also not restocked. Room keys were deactivated early on check out day locking us out of room."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I was a little disappointed with the room, especially since I paid extra for a Falls View. The view was not quite what I expected for the additional cost. The bathroom also needs to be updated, as it looks quite dated, and there was visible mold between the tiles. Overall, the friendly staff made a positive impression, but the room and bathroom could use some improvements."

"Overall it was a very good experience. The only thing I would comment is that the conditioner is empty when we arrived I called the lobby and left a message that I need conditioner the auto-robot operator said it will be sent to.our room but it never arrived."
