"The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is in between Bay and Yonge St and walkable in either direction. The hotel was super busy but have 3 different sets of elevators (blue, red and green). I was in blue and the only annoying thing was the elevator stopped on every floor before arriving to ground. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a a nice bar/snack area that closes at 11pm. They sell bake goods and sandwiches among other snack items. I do recommend staying there. You can take the Bay bus or take the subway at College Station which is only 1 block north of the hotel."

"Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room cleaner made extra efforts to re-stock our supplies, towels and amenities. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating for my partner's special food requests. The front desk staff were so kind to check us in early as we arrived before the official check in time and our room was already available - thank you! The hotel is in a great location - close to museums, shopping, restaurants and symphony hall where we had tickets. We hope to return next summer!! thanks"

"Was allowed early check in at noon after arriving at 7am. Appreciated a small partial view of the falls from our no view room. The 7th floor hallway was missing baseboards."

"Amazing stay! The hotel made the stay so lovely for the marathon guests. Thank you!! And we were able to check in an hour before. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because of value (felt like it was very expensive) and the room def felt a bit older (prob normal for most buildings in Chicago and NYC). But loved it for our one night there! I’d def go back."

"The room was clean, but could use a refresh...some stains and wallpaper peeling. Beds and pillows were comfortable enough and it was a nice layout with the extra couch bed. Staff was fantastic and helped us check in early on our arrival day!"
