"Excellent location. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and it was a fair price. The parking for us was offsite but it was very close, a two minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking ticket had bent at one point and they replaced it right away. The room itself was very nice and clean, no complaints."

"No complaints; the staff was great - from the receptionists who got me checked in early to the concierge who let me into the restroom prior to check-in, to the bar tender who made great recommendations and the cleaning lady who stocked me up on water. Customer service can make or break anything for me, so I'm satisfied. Things were clean - I was on the same floor as the gym and pool. I made use of the gym and while it didn't have a lot of machines, it had weights and ellipticals. I saw others making use of the pool. Food and drinks are expensive, but I guess that's to be expected. The biggest con would be that it's just enough farther outside of the downtown core that you have to do a lot of walking to get to key locations, but I would stay here again if the price was right."

"I liked that it was clean. I also liked conveniently located it is. What I struggled with was how old the property is. The doors were hard to close and ensure the deadbolt worked. The bathroom was dated and the toilet handle sticks. I wished for a microwave in the room as well."

"After a very adventurous day, the check-in lineup was extensive. Once at the desk, the clerk graciously upgraded our room to a falls view, rather than a river view I had booked. What a fabulous day to end the day! The desk clerk was most friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
