"Excellent location, very nice Falls view, very close to Horseshoe falls by incline railway. Hotel is well maintained and room is clean. However, the AC is loud and the WiFi is very weak. Coffee and tea station is available 24/7, but no coffee or tea in the room."

"The rooms were clean a bit dated but comfortable for my family. Leo (valet) was absolutely the best help while traveling with a toddler. Sadly, we experienced cold water but overall pleasant hotel with great view."

"Very large and clean room. Excellent value for money. Ate at the steak house in the casino. Food was excellent, service was not great. Would stay again if in that part of Toronto to shop at Vaughn mills or go to a concert."

"A beautiful room clean with the most amazing view of the falls. Conveniently located .my only criticism is I would have liked a better concierge who explained the amenities or suggestions for restaurants in the area. Also there wasn’t any WiFi in the room very difficult to search the area or get information or text. The people who greated us at the parking garage & elevator were great & helpful."

"The hotel room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The amenities were incredible. The adults only pool, terrace and gym were great (my boyfriend loved the free water machine with flavours hahaha). The lobby are areas were very nice. Only downside is the breakfast cafe food was expensive and not the best. The location is safe and incredible; so much to do nearby! I would recommend."
