"Staff very friendly- front desk staff was there even at 1 am! Buffet breakfast for us was included- good variety from day to day we were there- hot and cold options. Would maybe like a decaf coffee or hot chocolate option but that is a small detail. Seating in Portico for breakfast was good. Staff kept food stocked and areas clean. Quiet on our floor. Appreciated blackout curtains. Good shower pressure and temperature. Bathroom spacious and towels well stocked. We had a suite- very spacious with microwave, sink, mini fridge and Keurig. Room temperature was good for us. No ice bags or bucket in room- not sure if that was an error or their standard. No real drawers to store clothing if that’s your habit- but they have closets with hangers. Close to subway, easy for Uber. Walking distance to Eaton Centre. On edge between Financial district and Old Town so location was good for us. 24 hour Rabba next door was awesome for snacks/drinks. Overall I would stay there again."
