"Property is beautiful and the rooms are great. Only problem was A/C was obnoxiously loud and needs maintenance for sure. Lots of rattling. Also small thing but I am a solo female traveller for work and there's a rule in hotels to not say a guests room number out loud and the desk agent said it out loud. Something to consider for the customer service staff. "

"Beautiful hotel. Perfect stay. Great bed, great pillows. Only con is the rooms are carpeted and they are old so there is a mild odour ( you get use to it quickly though). I will return for sure. "

"Very nice staff except for the guy at the front desk with the hair braided back very rude. I pray I never encounter him again I come to the Trump all the time and this was my first encounter with him very unwelcoming and dry. "

"Wish the restaurant was open for breakfast. The hotel bar closes at 9:00pm, way too early."

"Did not have the proper room first night. Did get us $20 off pizza and a $20 food/drink credit and moved us the next morning. The AC did not work properly and the tstat was hangin off the wall. We requested service and it never seemed like it was addressed. The front desk was awesome but these items were still very aggravating. "
