"The property is situated in an excellent location right at the heart of The Times Square. However, very disappointed to find out for a brand like this to not have the very basic facilities in the rooms. There is no tea and coffee options inside the room, the cleaners had no regard for the lint all around due to the blanket (fleeced) one, only to hear this is normal and common - seriously. The breakfast options are very limited, it is the same stuff everyday. We didn't let it dampen our spirits of visiting New York however felt the price we paid for the stay wasn't worth it."

"Outstanding location! The room could have used a refresh (the door stuck and was hard to open and close, the shower had rust stains around the drain and the body was was empty when we arrived) and there was no gym. The breakfast was fine and the hotel is half a block from the park and half a block from Columbus on the upper west side. Good coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The Museum of Natural History is a couple blocks north. The price was not cheap, but I would pick it again because of the location. "

"Great little place 10 minutes from Central park, and an easy Subway ride to Times Square! If you want a nice, clean, safe place to hang your hat at night while visiting Manhattan (for a great price), come here! It was so nice to walk into a beautiful old building where the hard wood hadn't been landlord-special'd, and we enjoyed the good eats further down Amsterdam. The parking is actually a block over, so be prepared to be paused in traffic to unload, or just park and walk your bags over when you check in. My only note is that our bed was comically loud and squeaky, you could adjust your leg or roll over and the whole thing would creak. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and we cracked plenty of jokes about it, lol. "

"This is a great entry-level option for Manhattan. The Lincoln Center/Upper West Side location is especially convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby; Starbucks, The Smith, and more/and it’s ideal if you work in the area. It’s not luxury, and the rooms feel a bit dated (likely unchanged since the ’90s), but everything is clean, well-kept, and organized. The pricing is fair for what you get, and some rooms offer nice views. One tip: avoid interior rooms if possible. Overall, a solid, dependable stay with consistently friendly staff."
