"We had a fabulous stay at Polaris Hotel. The staff was wonderful and honored our anniversary with a complimentary fruit tray! It was a wonderful touch after my husband’s afternoon at Ascend Spa. He came back refreshed and looking 10 years younger after his Salt stone massage and Upglow facial. We look forward to coming back and spending more time at the hotel, spa and dining!! Loved all of it! But especially the gorgeous mountain views!!"

"Really responsive, friendly and well-trained staff. Consistently polite, pro-active and smart to everyone in every interaction (more than comparable service to the lauded service in the Big Famous Really Nice Place across the street). Great location to access all downtown places, and access to transport. "
