"Amazing hotel in the middle of the jungle. Makes it super easy to explore the park. The place was immaculate and the staff so friendly and helpful. However, there is no Internet or TVs in the room, but is available in common areas. Our bed was unfortunately super firm. "

"The driver was 30 mins late collecting us from the airport so we arrived as the electricity was switched off so no fan or power to charge the phones which was a little frustrating. Other than that, it is a great location to see Tikal and the guide was excellent. We ate lunch which was good. The room was basic but comfortable and had mosquito nets. The transfer van is comfortable and modern."
