Our stay was for 5 nights and had no issues. Place was clean and easy to access. Parking garage is a must. Already planning another trip and checking availability."

"This was such a pleasant apartment . The two spacious bathrooms were clean and convenient. My husband and I took one bedroom and our 3 college kids slept in the other bedroom with king size bed. There is small couch in living room and two small chairs. The kitchen was open to the living room with countertop and benches. It was actually bigger than my home kitchen. Great location! Thank you"

"Property is nice. Parking garage is horrible! Spaces are very tiny and people parked in our spot 2nd night. Arthur did quickly reimburse us for the amt we had to pay to park but it was annoying."

"Like all the other reviews state, this place could use maintenance and a deep clean. Everything we touched was clean, the bathroom, shower, kitchen, sheets etc. It's a cute place in an old house. I love old historic houses. A few nights were pretty cold out and the heater had a tough time keeping up, so it was a bit cold inside. The place is with in walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and the French quarter isn't a far walk away either. For the price I think is was a good value."

"We stayed here for a week with our 2 college-age kids. The apartment was perfect for that -- with a queen bed for us and a bunk bed for our kids. It's in a much quieter neighborhood than the French Quarter or Marigny -- but still within walking distance. It was a perfect retreat when we needed a break from all the activity. Also -- Louis Armstrong Park is a few blocks away and often hosts free music festivals. There are 2 great cafes 2 blocks away, and great restaurants and live music available...

"The accommodations were just as expected. They were clean, everything was just as advertised. Finding the front door was little tricky, but the neighbors were really friendly and helpful. The parking was little tricky, but we figured it out. The condo was conveniently located close to bourbon street."

"Good location. Comfortable king bed. A/C worked very well. Had a hard time figuring how to adjust the temperature. The bummer was that there only 3 coffee cups for our group of 4. "
