"The house is the perfect combination of woodsy and modern. Most of the wooden furniture has been beautifully hand made with creative design. The high celings in the main family room are also made of gorgeous wood. There is a real fireplace that we unfortunately did not use because it was too warm. Comfy leather recliners and a 75 inch TV. The kitchen is open to the main room with a peninsula to sit at with stools. Modern appliances, all the kitchen ware you could possibly need, clean and new....

"The apartment is small and outdated as the photos show, but it met our needs. Quaint vintage furnishings add to the experience and the bed is also older so you may sleep more comfortably if you bring along a foam mattress topper. Enjoyed the neighborhood and convenient location just far enough off the beaten path. Also close to one of our favorite places to eat in the area - "The Galley Bar and Grill"."

"This property exceeded all our expectations! Lovely accommodations throughout. Super clean and was not missing a thing! Neighborhood was beautiful and location could not have been better! Super porch to sit and relax was a nice addition. I would highly recommend this place and will be going to try to get this every time I visit Saratoga Springs! There is a chair lift thing, but it only goes to the second floor. There are rails on both sides to hold on to from second to third floor; just on one side from first to second (chair lift). "Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! "Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again."
