"Lovely little spot with everything you need. Two things to note: 1. The spiral staircase may be challenging for some, it is quite narrow. 2. The house is about 100 feet from the road, and 200 or so feet from two neighbors. It is not so bad, but just thought to mention it in case you thought the property was tucked away in the woods."
