"Great location. We were able to connect with trails with our side-by-side straight from the rental. Ample parking for our trailer. Clean and stocked. Like noted in other reviews. there are a couple tripping hazards at room transitions, but figured it out quickly. Also as noted, you have to duck when going up/down the stairs, which are narrow and steep. I taped a streamer up to check myself as you could easily hit your head. You do need to be mindful and be fully awake before heading down the stairs. Description provided is accurate, and hosts were very responsive. Overall, a good, comfortable stay."

"The property was as advertised. Jason and Misty were very helpful with the entire process as we prepared for our stay at their property. They allowed pets which was nice and critical for us because we have a couple dogs. Misty also provided some great recommendations on places to eat in the area. Their property is right on Lake Superior, and you can sit on their enclosed porch in the morning and watch the waves come in. They also have a nice fire pit with chairs just above the beach so you can also sit out in the evening and enjoy the lake. This time of year, the leaves were in full color so even the drive to their property was very enjoyable. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed their house and hospitality."

"The Little Brown House was easy to find, clean & comfortable, as well as being centrally located on the Keweenaw Peninsula. It was also very easy to check in, with absolutely no problems. We had everything needed for our two night stay, thoughtfully provided. What more could you ask for?The Little Brown House is also directly across the from Slim's Cafe (we had a delicious breakfast there) and right next door to Glacia's (great for dinner and drinks)."

"The place is exactly as described, water access, but see the picture! Bunk room, but see the picture! Except I don’t think the pics do the view justice! Waking up in a comfy, king bed to the waves of Lake Superior?!Incredible! A/c is crispy as heck! Hosts are the quickest communicators! Not a single problem for us! Dog friendly too! (Bonus, the Gay Bar is just a hop, skip and a jump away - totally fun place)!"

"A beautifully situated and stunningly lovely property. Lake views glorious morning and evening. Very well equipped kitchen. We cooked and did not eat out, didn't want to. Totally pleased by this property."
