This condo setting is next to the Snow Pine lift at Holiday Valley with a shuttle provided to the main lodge every hour. Please note the spiral staircase to the loft is narrow

Great place!

My wife and two teens had a great stay just after Christmas. The condo is just as advertised. Great location. The local town is great. The kids loved Holiday Valley. Everything at the resort and in the area are reasonably priced. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

It was my son’s 14th birthday and we wanted to celebrate with a few of his best friends with a day of skiing and overnight stay. This place was so comfy and cozy and everything we were looking for! Would highly recommend!

Skiing Fun at HV

Our stay was very pleasant, the condo was nicely appointed and fit our families needs. Very close to the chairlift, easy walk. Kids enjoyed the loft and having access to a shuttle was nice for running to the main lodge or going for dinner after a long day on the slopes. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing Stay

It was so clean and such a comfortable space. They even set up a pack n play for my baby to sleep in. Communication was spot on if I had any questions! If we ever make a trip here again, we will for sure stay at this spot!

We loved this place!

The place is very clean, quiet, and a great place to stay. Great communication with Makayla who is super friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. It might already be mentioned in the description, but worth adding here that if someone isn’t able to do stairs, there are two sets of stairs to get into the property, but well maintained.

The property was very clean and Tidy! I had a very relaxing time. Location was wonderful. The only thing I’d change is they would have a keurig available for use. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Great location at base of The Wall

Great location at the base of the wall. The place was clean and well stocked with anything you need for a short stay. Our only disappointment was with Holiday Valley who apparently did zero effort to open the Last Chance run - so we couldn't actually ski back to the condo. That's on Holiday Valley, not the property, but FYI if you're staying here and plan to ski back. It's a long hike out if you don't know this in advance.

Great Family Time

What a wonderful stay! This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Everything we could need was there, including pancake syrup I forgot to buy at the grocery store haha! Communication with the owner was efficient, quick and kind. The kids actually asked to just stay at the condo for a day because we enjoyed it so much. The deck was peaceful, the beds comfortable and the shower pressure was grwat. We enjoyed reading the books there and playing board games. So much fun! Thank you hope to come again someday!

Fabulous rental!

We went for a girls weekend, and were beyond happy with this rental. There was such attention to detail, making sure everything we could have needed was there. The townhome was very clean, and felt like a home away from home. The townhouse is decorated with a very Ellicottville feel - it was terrific. They have games, books (the books were from authors that are trending now), a well stocked kitchen with all the things to allow cooking, for a night in. Overall, this is a fabulous rental. We look forward to returning.

A two night stay

The unit worked out well. It was very clean and functional. The fireplace and deck were pleasant. We did not cook. The only problem was the second bedroom was up a narrow staircase. All three of us are elderly and couldn't negotiate the stairs. So the lone person slept on the couch.

Cozy Condo

We only stayed for a brief 24-hour period, so it’s difficult to give a very thorough review. That being said, the unit was clean and updated, and the owner was very responsive to communications. Aside from the unit, the parking area was incredibly icy and the signage for ski-in/ski-out was not very good. No fault of the owner, but just an observation. This was our first time at the resort, so we may have just overlooked it. We ended up driving and parking at the main lodge. My only recommendation would be to have towels hanging in the bathroom upon arrival, as well as general travel toiletries, such as boxed soap, individual shampoo, etc., for use, rather than community toiletries. We would definitely stay at this property again, especially for a longer duration.
