"Stay was ok. Room service was a little poor quality as our food was cold when it got there and they forgot some of our items. Cleanliness was great. Will never go to another concert at the facility due to poor seating arrangements. All one level everyone stood up and we couldnt see the stage. If you plan on eating at one of the restaurants make sure you have a reservation. Also it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the buffett was closed. That was the main reason we chose the facility."

"The house is gorgeous, spacious and well-equpped. Everything worked without issue. Plenty of wood for firepit anf fireplace. Beds were comfy. 6 of us stayed and we absolutely loved it."

"Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were personally taken care of by the very thoughtful owners. What a wonderful property and location- the restaurant at the property was delicious! Everything was tasteful and spotless, we will definitely return and tell everyone about it. The beds and pillows were so perfect and the cleanliness was top notch. When in Ellicotville make this your destination!"
