"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful little cabin! Quiet, serene, peaceful outside. Cozy and comfortable inside. We wanted a place we could really unwind and relax, and we found it. We could live here!! Did a lot of reading on the porch swing (highly recommend Remarkably Bright Creatures) and hubby did a bit of fishing. Just sitting and relaxing on the porch looking out at the pond in those big comfy chairs was perfect. On our last day we had a morning visit by a doe and fawn while enjoying our last cups of coffee on the porch. We were a bit sad to leave… it exceeded our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Great property. Our extended family (22 people - 8 kids) rented 2 of the 3 houses. There were many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens(well equipped) - each family had their own floor. Almost like 5 separate apartments. Large property with 2 fire pits. Outdoor grills and multiple picnic tables. Property is very private on a country road. Some good country restaurants near by. Holiday Valley and Salamanca 15-20 mins away. Highly recommend for larger groups."

"We came in Aug to experience nearby Allegheny State Park. It was my 2 grandchildren daughter and husband. Host was excellent to work with, cabin just as it described. Love grilling and having campfires. Kids loved the loft bedroom. Was excellent time."

"This is a wonderful spot for a family getaway. We were there with our 2 kids, spouses and 7 grandchildren; ages 1 to 11. The grandkids had so much fun fishing and kayaking the pond, and the outside space is beautiful. One highlight of the rustic lodge is the long table that fit us all easily!Would definitely return!"

"The property suited our group of 30 plus perfectly. We had a range from 83-4 months old and all enjoyed the stay. Deanna the host is excellent to deal with we have been doing this for 15 years now and to me she is the best host I have dealt with. As you can imagine a group our size is not easy to accommodate but she was always polite and helpful in every way. Thank you for making our getaway specialJim"
