"My three adult children and I stayed for three nights in a cabin. The front office staff and check-in were excellent and helpful! The room exceeded our expectations. We did, however, have a glass light shade fall, and shatter. Dinner service at the café and food quality was good. Breakfast was more busy than the staff could handle, we waited 30 minutes in line for food, one cashier with a line 25 people deep and no lids for coffee for two mornings. This unfortunately cut into our in the park time each day. I understand food service is contracted out. We would stay again as the property is wonderful and the staff excellent. For food service we would need to alter morning plans."

"The hotel was attractive, but obviously older. The bathroom vanity was tiny. The A/C blew directly across the bed and could not be adjusted. There was street parking. The laundry was excellent with 4 washers and 4 dryers. The breakfast was not worth getting up for. The room was very small. For the amount of money spent I was expecting a more luxurious room and a better breakfast. The thing I enjoyed most was the laundry."

"An iconic stay. The rooms were better than expected for an older generational establishment. No AC in the summer is a bit rough, but never a deal breaker. No wifi was a blessing in disguise. Can't beat the view or the location for seeing the rest of the park. My one wish was that there was something left in the room at the beginning that explained where and at what times you could get prepared food. As a first timer, it was extra work to figure out where to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you weren't going to dine in the main dining room. One more wishlist item: mini fridge in the rooms would be very helpful for a family/couple on a budget."
