This hotel is our new 'go to' for our future visits to Great Yarmouth. Following our very warm welcome, we were shown to our wonderfully clean, well decorated, spacious room. The breakfast was really lovely & we were very, very well looked after. A perfect few days away.

Wonderfully maintained and clean property. Good breakfast served by very friendly lady who looked after us throughout our stay. Very large room overlooking gardens with plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to book here again if we are in Great Yarmouth.

Lovely room and welcome by the Bev and the staff at the hotel who showed us to our room. The only downside to it was it was at the top of a steep staircase with no lift but it was a lovely big room with everything you needed. There was also a useful fridge in the room but we couldn’t use it as it was locked and didn’t have the key.

Room was large and spotless. Great view of the large gardens (Norfolk square) at the rear of the property. Sufficient parking at front with the option of street parking if no space on hotel land. Staff were helpful, room was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast. We were the only ones who used the spacious bar/lounge in the evening, but it was only open for a very limited time after 8:30. Maybe it’s open longer and busier in peak season! Overall we had a lovely stay and I’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in Great Yarmouth.

Was greeted on arrival without even being told who we were and shown immediately to our room. standard of decor was very impressive and the cleanliness was spot on. Breakfast in the morning was overly sufficient and was ta good start for the day. All in all would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quiet, comfortable and clean.

Lovely accommodation, very quiet. Perfect location, everything is in walking distance. Comfortable beds. Only feedback I could give is that the decor is a little outdated but this didn’t impact on the stay. Very clean and would recommend.

A lovely and friendly hotel. My room was great with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast (full english) was great, with all elements cooked to perfection. I stayed a couple of nights to go to Yarmouth races. Only a few minutes drive away and if the weather was better, I would have walked. It's about a 40 minutes walk, along the sea front then a few minutes inland. Or 20 minutes walk the other way and you're into the heart of Yarmouth. So the hotel is convenient, whatever you're looking for.

Great Quality, Service, and Value

A very well run, friendly, spacious, and characterful B&B. I booked a single room, but was given a good size double - they said "all our singles are doubles". Note that breakfast (good cooked, with cereal etc) and parking is included, making it great value. The decor is dated, but very well maintained. My room has a mini fridge, which was an unexpected plus. This is now my first choice for this area.

A Real Gem

Our room was very pretty and having a little balcony was great. Everywhere was very clean. Our host was extremely friendly. The only thing we would change is that we forgot to say when we booked that we are vegetarian so breakfast was just without meat instead of having veggie sausages. Other than that our stay was perfect.
It was lovely sitting out on the balcony in the sunshine Sunday evening
