"Staff was nice. Room was clean but a little shabby in condition. But the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Location is weird but near where we needed to be. No view to speak of. Hotel is under renovations currently so be aware."

"Excellent hotel for events at the Groupama stadium, with reasonable parking fees. Room was clean and well-maintained, though centrally controlled HVAC meant it was a bit warm in May. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ruby in the bar, who was very kind."

"Automated checkin was a little tricky as the options did not fit on the screen which moved the "confirm" button off the bottom. In the end we had to not pay for parking to enable the information to fit on the screen (So we had free parking, bonus!). Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK though we twice had to ask the receptionist to refill the food as it seems they could only cook 2 rashers of bacon at a time. Overall good value for money though and would stay with this chain again now we...
