"All 4 guest elevators were inoperable. In talking with airline staff who stay on a normal basis, this occurs regularly. We were able to use a service elevator to move our luggage. The shower was dirty. Common area had trash that was not picked up. This was early morning so maybe someone would clean later."

"The Hotel was very well used, and it wasn’t close to the airport as I thought, however, the gentleman that checked me in was very kind and professional. But, you may want to call the hotel in advance if you arrive at night because the shuttle stopped running at 11:30 PM. Thank you in Jesus Christ Name"

"Nice room. Comfy bed. Cosmetic updates needed: hallway carpet looked dirty, stained and spotted. Room carpet had spots too. Paint on the bathroom door was chipped in places. Garbage disposal didn't work. Phone didn't work. TV channels were very limited. Grab and go breakfast was stellar and the Saturday morning breakfast staff was very pleasant and kind. All in all a very good stay. I would stay here again!"

"hot tub did not work pool did not work way too much money for no nice amenities. Breakfast was not all that great. My tv kept going in and out no service. Housekeeping won’t clean unless you ask them too. Terrible experience. Do not recommend."
