This was the last of several places we stayed in during a two-week tour of France, and we loved it. The rooms were a great size, well-appointed and comfortable. The setting is lovely, and the front-desk staff were very helpful. The location is in the "suburbs" of Lyon, and given that it was the tail end of a long trip, we weren't sure we wanted to deal with the hassle of going into the city. There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

Location is perfect. Architecture is amazing. Front desk is very helpful!

Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed it very much and would go back again. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our French trip and we had some very good meals.

First, the hotel is beautiful and the ball is amazing!!!! The service is outstanding. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Lyon!!!

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

Clean room, great staff. The only issue is our room was a different part of the building and required me to carry the suitcases across the stairs.
