"The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. "My family and I traveled to Rochester to visit my brother, nieces and nephews. We needed a house big enough to accomodate a family of 5 and our small dog, Teddy. We found this listing and it was perfect for our needs. The rental process and check in were easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is important for me since I have back issues. "Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed."
