House was misrepresented online. The photos were much more attractive than reality. That could have been accepted however the neighborhood is sketchy at best. Our vehicles would not have been secure. Nor did we feel secure. There were 4 people next door watching our every move. We contacted the host for options. They presented none so we opted to call it a wash and go elsewhere. A very expensive lesson of 1400.

Stacy was great to communicate with. She was a great host as far as communication. To be fair, I did NOT bring our concerns to her as I read the previous review shortly after arrival. I knew there would be no refunds and no other options.Unfortunately, I would have to agree with a previous review. It was not in a great neighborhood. As soon as we pulled in the neighbors were creeping through windows and even walked down the street when one member of our party pulled over to make sure we were in the right place. I needed a place for 12-16 people and they basically have 3 different rentals in 2 buildings. Not exactly what we were expecting. The blinds were taped where they had been torn. Cleanliness of the exterior could have been improved. There were spider webs the entire way down the steps to the basement. A pile of screws on the front porch. A little basic yard work would go a long way. If we had a been a smaller party, I would have been nervous, but we were fine with the large party. We also all have concealed carry permits, so that alleviated some fears.
