Terrific location if visiting UNC or Greeley in general. Charming stylish home with terrific floorplan for family. Very accomodating and friendly host.
We enjoyed our stay in Greeley! The house was comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance to several good places to eat. It is a reasonable driving distance to many attractions.
Spacious historical property in a great location. Plenty of parking outside and easy check in. Lovely comfortable beds, great backyard and excellent washer/dryer in the basement. The only thing was there wasnt really space for our family of 4 to relax in the lounge but otherwise a great property.
Beautiful old home complete with antique furniture and dish ware yet all the modern conveniences. Nice quiet getaway in a quiet part of town. Super cute front porch. Nice for a cup of coffee in the morning.
We traveled to Greeley to get together with friends we hadn't seen in 35+ years. This home provided the perfect space (both inside and out) to gather, laugh, share stories, and get to know each other again after all these years. Thank you!
Loved this VRBO. Perfect for 4 of us! Small living room not comfortable though. It forced us to get out and explore. Backyard area was great. Kitchen had everything we needed even not having an oven. Surrounded by local restaurants and in a residential area. I would definitely stay here again!
We were happy to be able to land in this home for a few days while checking our son into college. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed and the air conditioning worked well (it was mid 90s during our stay). If I were to change one thing it would be to put a sectional in the sitting room. We like to hang out together and the furniture did not accommodate that.
We are three senior ladies travelling to watch the Shetland Sheepdog National Specialy. This is a lovely century home decorated in period style. The house was comfortable and spacious. Since we were 3 women, a few more plugs would have been helpful, especially upstairs. The upstairs bathroom lighting could have been brighter for makeup application. Also a nightstand would have been nice in the upstairs bedroom. We had an issue with the door lock which was quickly remedied by our hostess. She was super to deal with and quick to respond . Overall a very pleasant stay!
This house is not for older folks.
My 2 sisters, my brother-in-law, and I range in age from 78 to 80. The reason I stated the house is not for older folks is there is no railing on the steps going into the house. The living room furniture was antique and not comfortable to sit on. The cleaning supplies were in the basement and the basement door was a floor door and not easy to open.
The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood.

Nice historic home and furnishings. Clean home and nice neighborhood . Beds were a little short for taller members of our party.
This is the second time I stayed at this beautiful Victorian style house! My mom, my aunt and I love this place. It’s so cozy! Also close to so many places to eat. We like to thrift and antique in the area. Also enjoyed the Greeley history museum that’s close by. It’s very clean and has a nice kitchen. The host Kimberly is quick to text me back and answer questions! We will be back next year!!
We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.
Clean and wonderfully decorate with older furniture to match the home. Walking distance to coffe shop and a Mexican shop that had excellent burritos. Wish we had been staying longer than one night.
Quirky but cute - as most homes of this era, the house has a lot of character, but it suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the shady backyard deck, and having Margie's Java Joint a short walk away.
We immediately were pleased with the neighborhood, parking and appearance of the house. The updated interior (bathrooms and kitchen) complemented the rest of the rooms of w19th century house. We were very comfortable and felt at home.

Lovely home close to campus
This is a lovely Victorian home close to campus and was perfect for our party of three adults not wanting to stay in a hotel. Easy in and out with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about keys. Comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. Nice to have a kitchen and dining room so we could make breakfast. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. Would stay here again!
