"We rented the property for six guests for my daughter’s college graduation. Unfortunately, the house only had one towel for all six of us, so only two of us were able to shower (my daughter had her own towel).There must have been something wrong in the basement, because there was what sounded like an industrial-sized fan running the entire time we were there. The basement was locked (understandable), so we had no way of turning it off when it came time to sleep, resulting in six very tired guests the next day."

"Had to go to front desk for a tv guide none in the room I had to take pajamas off . Then I had to go down a second time to tell them the remote volume did not work and could not do any thing about it . For the price I will stay somewhere else next time when we stay in bay city . "

"We had a comfortable sleep. The facility appears to be a bit older. Our bathtub was dirty and had a grime ring around it. There was toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival. Not the cleanest place I have stayed, but the location was good."

"The cabin is small but oh so quaint. And the views are incredible. We even had a bon fire on the beach one night - very cool. And, the owners were known by some local friends as being very kind, hard working people. I will definitely rent from here again!"
