"This hotel suited our needs. It was clean, in a good location, had plenty of useful amenities, had a great pool and friendly staff. However, if you are looking for flash....this is not the place. It is very tired and probably needs an upgrade. If you are looking for a safe, basic place to stay with a BBQ area and pool then this place is okey. We would probably stay again if ever we are back in Cairns. "

"The place is very convenient but there are people each night making noise either talking, singing, and screaming. Ms. Rosa was very helpful for assisting us for the local tours. I will give her a 5 stars "

"The beautiful vista, sunrise and sunset, the nearby Boardwalk, city lights, views and proximity to everything as well as the RSL that have great food at reasonable prices, next door. Beds were lovely and comfortable and quiet, once the doors to the patio were closed. It was a perfect accommodation for us. "

"Located right opposite the esplanade, the apartment whilst an older style has everything you could need. Separate lounge and bedroom, easy access to the pool and a lovely outdoor sitting area. The internet is a little slow during peak times, however that is typical of the area and not property specific. Communication was a breeze with a mobile provided and secure 24x7 checkin."

"Since the cyclone sadly much of the dining in port Douglas and palm cove remain partially closed but Trinity Beach has a great selection along the waterfront with live music some nights what also surprised us was the little shopping centre on the road in that looks likes it’s only a real estate agent from the road but has great take away options Asian kebabs Japanese sushi bakeries and a sourdough baker Tyson in reception couldn’t have been more helpful with a warm welcome and local...

"Needs maintenance to toilet bowl, bathroom door, blinds, painting. Patio advertised almost non existent. No privacy when on patio or inside when overlooked on both sides."

"We stayed a group of uni students in the property while taking a very intensive class but enjoyed coming back to the apartment every night to relax and enjoy the pool. Perfect location and super friendly communication with the property manager, wouldn’t change a thing!! We would love to come back and just relax!!"
